The resort is surrounded by stunning greenery, offering a peaceful atmosphere. While the ambience is beautiful and the staff is polite, the maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities were disappointing. I faced some serious issues with room cleanliness and the dining experience fell short of expectations, especially breakfast. Overall, it has potential but needs significant improvements.
